Intra-unitcell cluster-cluster magnetic compensation and large exchange bias in cubic alloys

Composite quantum materials are the ideal examples of multifunctional systems which simultaneously host more than one novel phenomenon in physics. Here, we present a combined theoretical and experimental study to demonstrate presence an extremely large exchange bias range 0.8 T - 2.7 fully compensated magnetic state (FCF) special type Pt Ni doped Mn$_3$In cubic alloy. oppositely aligned uncompensated moments two different atomic clusters sum up zero responsible for FCF state. Our Density functional theory (DFT) calculations show existence several possible ferrimagnetic configurations with as energetically most stable one. The microscopic origin can be interpreted terms interaction between background stabilized due its negligible energy difference respect phase. We utilize pulsed field 60 30 static magnetization measurements confirm intrinsic nature our system. Finally, Hall effect importance noncoplanar interfacial realization EB. finding gigantic unique system opens direction design phenomena technological applications.
